In addition, Dr. Koerner has made several surgery DVDs with Dr. Gordon Christensen on various surgery topics. He is past president of the Utah Dental Association and Utah Academy of General Dentistry. He was given the National AGD’s Weclew award for his contributions to dentistry and dental education and the Utah Dental Association’s Distinguished Service Award.

Charles Miller, DMD, MD

Dr. Miller is a board certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon. As an undergraduate, he went to Brigham Young University followed by dental school at the University of Pittsburgh. He completed a six-year oral surgery residency, including medical school at the University of Texas in Houston in 2015. He is the director of oral surgery at Roseman University College of Dental Medicine; gives lectures on oral surgery and trains dental students. He is passionate about oral surgery and teaches third molar extractions, implants, bone grafting, pathology, infection control and sedation.

Andrew Drollinger, DDS

Dr. Drollinger has a practice limited to oral surgery in Houston, TX. He recently relocated there after having been an Assistant Professor in Oral Surgery at Roseman College of Dental Medicine in Utah and former Head of their AEGD Program. He has also been a past director of Roseman’s Department of Orofacial Pain and Dysfunction. As full-time faculty, he maintained a private practice doing primarily oral surgery.

Dr. Drollinger received his dental degree at the University of Maryland prior to completing a one-year oral surgery internship, a two-year AEGD Residency, and a two-year Oro-facial Pain and Dysfunction Residency – all three at UCLA in Los Angeles, CA.

Dr. Drollinger teaches oral surgery courses to general dentists throughout the U.S. with an emphasis on surgical extractions and related topics. For KCSI, he routinely teaches one-day lecture courses, two-day hands-on courses, and three-day patient-treatment courses. In addition, he presents to dental school CE departments, DSOs, and state dental association and AGD groups.

He and his family live in a suburb of Houston. He does dental humanitarian work in the Dominican Republic and Mexico.
