Will I receive AGD credit from a KCSI course?
Yes, KCSI is an Academy of General Dentistry (AGD) PACE-approved Provider. You will receive AGD credit according to the credit hours of each course.
How long will I have access to KCSI online courses?
You will have one year from the date of purchase to access and complete the course.
What courses are included in the KCSI Certification Program?

How can I receive my certificate?
After completing the course and course evaluation, you will receive a digital download of your certificate through your KCSI account in the Learning Management System Portal.
Course Cancellation and Refund Policy
There are no refunds or returns for digital content, which include online courses and instructional videos.
A course credit will be issued for cancellations received one week prior to the course date. *
No credit or refund will be issued for cancellations within 48 hours of the course.
If a course is cancelled or rescheduled by KCSI, full credit or a full refund will be issued.
*Live patient treatment courses (Continuum 3 and Entry Point™: Live Patient Treatment) are non-refundable if cancelled three weeks prior to the course date. Exceptions to receiving a full refund is done on a case-by-case basis and whether the attendee can find another qualified doctor to take their place for the same course and course date.
