Will I receive AGD credit from a KCSI course?
Yes, KCSI is an Academy of General Dentistry (AGD) PACE-approved Provider. You will receive AGD credit according to the credit hours of each course.
How long will I have access to KCSI online courses?
You will have one year from the date of purchase to access and complete the course.
What courses are included in the KCSI Certification Program?
Continuum 1, Continuum 2, Continuum 3, Continuum 4 and Case Presentation and Board Review.
Participants will have up to 2 years to complete all required courses and requirements for the KCSI Certificate Program.

How can I receive my certificate?
After completing the course and course evaluation, you will receive a digital download of your certificate through your KCSI account in the Learning Management System Portal.
Course Cancellation and Refund Policy
Digital Content
There are no refunds or returns for digital content, which include online courses and instructional videos.
Live Courses
A course credit will be issued for cancellations received one week prior to the course date. *
No credit or refund will be issued for cancellations within 48 hours of the course.
If a course is cancelled or rescheduled by KCSI, full credit or a full refund will be issued.
*Live patient treatment courses (Continuum 3 and Entry Point™: Live Patient Treatment) are non-refundable if cancelled three weeks prior to the course date. Exceptions to receiving a full refund is done on a case-by-case basis and whether the attendee can find another qualified doctor to take their place for the same course and course date.
Online Course Enrollment
How long do I have access to online course materials?
When you enroll in any KoernerCenter.com courses, you receive full access to the content for one year from the date of purchase. This allows you ample time to explore the material at your own pace, revisit lessons as needed, and truly absorb the knowledge offered. Whether you purchase a single course or multiple courses, each will be available to you for an entire year, ensuring that you can schedule your learning around your personal and professional commitments.
By purchasing a course or courses from our platform, you acknowledge and agree that your access to the enrolled courses will be valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. Upon expiration of this one-year term, your access to the course materials will be discontinued. This term is non-negotiable and applies to each course purchased individually. Your completion of the course purchase signifies your acceptance of these conditions.
