My name is Charlie Miller and I am currently working at Roseman University College of Dental Medicine as Director of the Oral Surgery Department. I received my dental degree at the University of Pittsburgh; medical degree and oral surgery certificate from the University of Texas at Houston. Following residency, I worked in private practice in South Carolina for 6 years. I have been with Roseman University since January 2022.
While at Roseman, I have been involved in multiple research projects involving oroantral fistula repair, bone regeneration and third molar screening techniques. I started the ARTS (Advanced Residency Training for Students) program at Roseman for dental students and to prepare them didactically and clinically for their future residencies. I also teach the oral surgery blocks to the 1st year and 2nd year dental students.
