3 Days of Non-Stop Surgical Extractions- Live Patient Treatment Course
This patient-treatment course in Nicaragua allows doctors to do as many difficult, “surgical” extractions as they can possibly do in a 3-day period. All surgeries are done with personal instruction from experienced clinicians who enjoy teaching and sharing ideas and techniques gained from years of doing hard extractions themselves. Some of the cases will include impacted third molars but this is not the focus. There will be a few cases of socket preservation. If participants have not completed Continuum 1 (24 CE hours including 8 hours online and 16 hours hands-on with models and pigs jaws) then they will be required to participate in 8 hours of online surgery training (with testing) prior to going to Nicaragua.
KCSI’s live patient treatment course takes place in picturesque Managua, Nicaragua at the state of the art Implant Live Training Center. The modern facility is well equipped with all the amenities and equipment you expect. Course participants will enjoy a low instructor to student ratio, daily case review and preparation, personal instruction throughout their day, and daily case critique at the end of each day. Course instructors include KCSI founder Dr. Karl Koerner, Dr. David Roberts, and is facilitated by experienced surgery instructors, which includes a specialist in oral and maxillofacial surgery.
