Third Molar Impaction Course; Hands-On Model Work New Course Dates Scheduled!
Course participants of KCSI’s Third Molar Impaction Course wrapped up 14+ hours of didactic and hands-on continuing education last week. This week, they are all heading back to the office equipped with more confidence, increased proficiency and the ability to keep more third molar extractions in-house.
Dr. Dave Roberts led the course, which began with a series of 2-hour evening didactic sessions in the week leading up to the Saturday hands-on event. Beginning with the end in mind, Dr. Roberts established a solid foundation that equips general dentists to select the right cases, use proven techniques to achieve predictable outcomes, and prevent or respond to complications effectively in order to make impacted third molar extractions easier, more predictable and more efficient. The hands-on portion reinforced concepts and techniques addressed during the 8 hours of hands-on model work.
Course participants chose whether to attend the hands-on portion live and in-person in Plano, Texas, or via webcam on Zoom meetings from the comfort of their home or office. During these complicated times, travel to live CE can be daunting. KCSI has made live, hands-on CE possible from any location. Remote participants report that there was nothing lost in the experience by participating online.
Because of the great demand for this small group course, new dates for the next course have just been confirmed. The next Third Molar Impaction Course will take place May 5-8, 2021. Registration will open soon, but you can pre-register now by contacting KCSI today.
